CHERRIES
Agricola Huilmay has been in the fresh cherry business for 15 years now. Our main varieties are Santina, Lapins and Bing. The majority is destined for the Chinese market, but a smaller percentage is destined for the Middle East, Europe and North America.

Santina
Our first variety of the season is Santina. Originally from Canada, it has adapted perfectly to the climate of the central valley of Chile. The characteristics of this fruit are its large size, its sweet flavor and its red color. This color is so characteristic that in the market there is already talk of “santine color”.
Lapins
The week after harvesting our Santina cherry, we have the next variety, Lapins. It also comes from Canada and is a cross between other self-fertile varieties. Its fruit stands out for its size (the largest that Agricola Huilmay has), its firmness and flavor. It is characterized by producing more cherrie for hectare and traveling long distances while preserving its freshness.
